Punk Rock, You, and Mental Health

See that weird punk rock looking guy? His name is Craig Lewis and he’s an old friend of mine from the 90s punk scene in Boston.

We used to call him “Crusty” Craig Lewis. He hates that I can remind people about this long forgotten nick name.

Overall, we had a pretty fun week full of many different types of cool and somewhat crusty and punky events.

Craig Lewis has been a great influence on the punk rock scene and he founded the website for Punks in Recovery:

Punks in recovery

Craig also wrote a pretty great mental health recovery workbook called, “Better Days.”
